Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not satisfied with the purchase for any acceptable reason. Please do email us first, we will offer refund or exchange.
We will make the wig as the picture, but could not 100% similar with it, the wig also will be in the parcel in the long time shipping way, so you need to style it by yourself when you get it. It is also a good choice for style it in barber shop.
All our products have been checked and packaged in good condition, the products must be in its original condition. If the item you have ordered is defective, please contact us first.
You must inform us within 7 working days of your receipt; and ship the item(s) back and responsible for the shipping and handling fee.
We will only honor you refund after the item(s) is delivered back. You also need to inform us before you send the item(s).
